🎬 VYOND Download & Render Limit Policy

Every subscription account is granted a fixed quota of 20 Downloads per 30-day billing cycle. It is crucial to understand that Vyond's infrastructure meticulously tracks every interaction with the download/render interface.

Auto-Deduction System: Every single time you click the 'Download' or 'Render' button, 1 credit is automatically deducted from your account. There are no exceptions.
Duplicate Downloads Count: Even if you download the exact same video multiple times to fix a small typo, each click will be counted as a brand new download. If you download the same project 20 times, your entire monthly quota will be instantly exhausted.
Official Server Constraints: This is a strict server-side limitation enforced directly by Vyond's enterprise policies, not an arbitrary restriction created by us. Therefore, unlimited extra downloads are technically and legally impossible to provide.
Monthly Reset: Your limit will automatically reset on your next billing cycle date. Unused limits do not roll over to the next month.

⏰ Expiration, Access Restriction & Renewal

We deeply value your creative process and business needs, but system discipline is strictly required to maintain stable access for all users.

Instant Restriction

If your 20-download quota is completely exhausted, your access to the Vyond platform will be automatically restricted within 48 hours to prevent account suspension.

No Exceptions

Once limits are crossed, our automated system logs the usage and flags the account. Support cannot bypass this.

How to Regain Access

To regain access after limit exhaustion before your month ends, you are strictly required to purchase a subscription renewal or request to purchase additional premium access tokens from the support team.

Fair Usage Warning

Deliberate abuse of limits or creating multiple accounts to bypass quotas may result in a permanent ban from our premium services.

✅ Pro Strategies to Save Your Limits

1. Preview Before Finalizing

Before ever clicking the render button, conduct a thorough check of all scenes, audio sync, text spellings, and animations. If you are working for a client, always use the 'Vyond Preview Link' (Share > Preview) and get their written confirmation before initiating the final render.

2. The 1-Hour Wait Rule

After clicking Render/Download once, DO NOT click again immediately. Wait for at least 60 minutes. Repeatedly clicking will cause Vyond's system to queue multiple duplicate requests, all of which will consume your precious credits and might crash your ongoing render.

3. Combine Short Videos

Instead of rendering 5 small clips, combine them into one timeline, render it once, and cut them using a free video editor like CapCut or Premiere Pro. This saves you 4 download credits!

4. Quality Check

Always play your video from start to finish inside the editor before deciding it is ready.

🔄 Troubleshooting Technical Errors

Sometimes technology fails. If your video does not generate after 1 hour, please follow these steps precisely before contacting us:

1Check your internet connection and clear your browser cache.
2Cancel the previous stuck generation task from the Vyond dashboard.
3Send a message to Samir Pro Studio Support via WhatsApp.
4Use this exact template: 'Sir, my previous generation task has not completed after 1 hour. My email is [Email]. Please advise if I may retry.'

*Important Note: We may provide 1-5 extra downloads for verified technical server errors, but this is at our complete discretion after checking server logs, and is never guaranteed. Claiming a mistake as a 'technical error' will result in denial.
