3. Purchases and Payment

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the delivered digital product or credentials are fundamentally defective or non-functional at the time of delivery, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your report. No refunds are provided for "change of mind" or failure to understand the product requirements.
